cedele, i12.
felt like a sandwich for lunch today. recalled reading that cedele offered a pulled pork sandwich at i12, so went over. but i did stop by the parkway outlet to see if they offered it- nope, they didn't. seems like it might be exclusive to the i12 outlet, then.
had the slow cooked pulled pork with avocado and peperonata sans mayo on golden pumpkin bap ($8.50). the cashier tempted me into ordering a soup- they had a sandwich + soup set going for $11.50, so i got a beef stew to go along.
liked the spicy/sour kick of the peperonata with the pulled pork. would've liked the sandwich to come hot and toasty, but even so it was not bad. the beef stew came with chunks of tender beef and came piping hot- really quite good.
i don't usually go to chain restaurants, but for cedele i'll gladly make an exception. they seem to maintain a pretty consistent standard.
